Man Found Dead at Ayia Napa Hotel
The Ayia Napa police are investigating the sudden death of a man at one of the resort's hotels. The body was discovered the previous evening.
According to the police press office, hotel staff found an unconscious man in one of the rooms and contacted the authorities.
Military personnel arrived at the scene, and an ambulance transported the man to Famagusta General Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
The police have ruled out foul play in the guest's death. The case is being treated as a sudden death.
The exact cause of death is expected to be determined today during the scheduled autopsy.
