In Paphos, a bloodied man was found under the windows of a residential building
In Paphos, a 56-year-old man sustained serious injuries after falling from the window of the second floor of a residential building. The victim was taken to the general hospital in Nicosia.
According to the police press service, the incident occurred on Friday around 5:30 in the morning. The 56-year-old man fell from the window of an apartment located on the second floor under unspecified circumstances. He lives in the apartment with his twin brother.
Neighbors discovered the bloodied man under the windows of the residential building. As a result of the fall, the victim sustained serious injuries. Paramedics who arrived at the scene took him to the emergency department of the general hospital in Paphos. Due to his critical condition, he was transferred to a general hospital in Nicosia after examination.
The circumstances of the incident are being investigated, and the scene of the incident has been cordoned off. According to the police, the man who fell from the window was in a state of intoxication.
