28-Year-Old German Woman Injured in Quad Bike Accident in Paphos
A serious accident involving a foreigner on a quad bike occurred in Paphos. A 28-year-old German woman is in serious condition in the hospital.
According to the police, the incident happened last night around 10:00 PM in the Neo Chorio area. A 28-year-old man driving the quad bike lost control and overturned. As a result of the accident, the passenger, a 28-year-old German citizen, was injured.
Due to the severity of her injuries, the victim was transferred to Paphos General Hospital.
According to Paphos Assistant Police Chief Michalis Nikolaou, the woman sustained injuries to various parts of her body, the most serious being a pneumothorax, which led to her being hospitalized in the intensive care unit.
The details of the accident are being investigated by the police.
