In Paphos, the office of social welfare was vandalized
An attack on the social welfare office took place in Paphos last night. Unknown perpetrators broke the locks, gained entry to the premises, but did not steal anything.
According to the Paphos police press office, the main entrance to the building was forcibly opened. Despite the vandals not taking anything, the offices themselves suffered damage amounting to approximately 1400 euros.
The police confirmed that, at first glance, nothing was stolen. Nevertheless, the crime scene was cordoned off for the police to gather evidence.
The police continue to guard the building while the investigation is ongoing.
