On the last day of October, rain is forecasted for the mountainous regions of Cyprus
According to the Meteorological Department of the Republic of Cyprus, a weak low-pressure system will gradually affect the region on Thursday, October 31. The morning will start with variable cloudiness, increasing later in the day, with isolated showers likely, especially in the mountainous areas.
The weather service predicts daytime temperatures reaching around 27°C inland and along the coast, and up to 17°C in the mountains. By evening, conditions will remain mostly clear, with temperatures dropping to approximately 13°C inland, 15°C along the coast, and 9°C in the mountains.
On Friday, expect cloudy skies with isolated showers and thunderstorms, mainly over the mountains and in the west. The weekend may also see scattered showers and occasional thunderstorms. Starting Friday, a fine layer of atmospheric dust is expected.
Temperatures over the next three days are not anticipated to change significantly and will remain slightly above average seasonal norms.
