An elderly woman died in a fatal accident in Nicosia
Another fatal road accident occurred in Cyprus. An 83-year-old woman died in the accident, and three other people were injured.
According to the police, the tragedy happened around 7:30 on Sunday, January 14th, on Salaminos Avenue in Nicosia. Two cars collided under unclear circumstances.
As a result of the collision, four passengers from both vehicles sustained injuries. All the injured were taken to Nicosia General Hospital. Despite the efforts of the doctors, 83-year-old Christina Argiru from Kaimakli succumbed to the injuries.
The remaining three injured individuals were discharged after receiving first aid.
