Fire Destroys Four Motorcycles, a Car, and an E-Scooter in Strovolos
A large fire broke out in the Strovolos area of Nicosia overnight, destroying six vehicles parked outside a residential building.
According to a statement from the police, the fire was reported around 4:00 a.m. when emergency services were alerted to a motorcycle in flames on the driveway of an apartment complex. Two fire crews were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Firefighters from Nicosia arrived at approximately 4:13 a.m. with two engines and personnel. One motorcycle was already severely damaged by the time they arrived. The fire also spread, damaging three more motorcycles, an electric scooter, and a nearby car.
The exact cause of the fire remains unknown and is currently under police investigation.
