Air Connection between Cyprus, Jordan, and Lebanon Restored

Air communication between Cyprus and Jordan with Lebanon has been restored. It was interrupted after Iran's massive attack on Israel on Sunday night.

According to a statement from the servicing company Hermes Airports, air communication between the three countries was resumed after the reopening of their airspace, which was temporarily closed on Saturday evening due to events in the Middle East.

At the moment, flights to Amman and Beirut from Larnaca Airport and vice versa are operating as usual.

In addition, three Israeli airlines - El-Al, Arkia, and Isr Air - continue to operate regular flights between Larnaca and Tel Aviv.

However, other airlines operating flights to Tel Aviv have canceled their flights for today. They promise to adjust the schedule daily depending on developments in the region.

Furthermore, Cyprus Airways stated that, due to the situation, all flights scheduled to depart for Beirut and return are suspended as of today, April 15th.

According to the company's statement, an announcement about tomorrow's scheduled flight to Tel Aviv is expected today, depending on the situation.
