The Heat Has Subsided: Clear Weather Expected in Cyprus on June 17
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Monday, June 17, the region will be under the influence of weak low pressure.
Today, after the morning fog dissipates, the weather will be predominantly clear, although there will be increased cloudiness in some areas.
The meteorological service forecasts that during the day, temperatures will rise to 35°C in the inland areas, 28°C on the western coast, 30°C on other coasts, and 27°C in the mountainous regions.
By evening, the weather will remain mostly clear, although there will be increased low cloudiness in some areas. Thin fog may form locally in the morning hours.
Nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to 21°C inland and on the coasts, 22°C on the southern and eastern coasts, 23°C on the western and northern coasts, and 19°C in the mountainous regions.
In the coming days, air temperatures are expected to rise significantly and fluctuate above the average climatic values.
