How to get from Paphos to Limassol?
Taxi
The easiest and fastest option, as often happens, is a taxi. The trip will cost around 70-80 euros if there are 4 people, a minivan will be more expensive - about 100 euros. The journey time will take about an hour.
Car
If you have a personal car or if you have rented one, you need to travel on the A6 highway - it connects Paphos and Limassol. When leaving Paphos, to get there faster, it is better to stay more to the north to immediately get on the highway. You can go further south, through the village of Yeroskipou, and then get on the highway, in this case, the road will be more picturesque but slower due to heavier traffic.
Inter-city bus
Intercity Buses operate daily between Paphos and Limassol. The journey time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
In Paphos, boarding takes place at the terminal near the market in the old town (location shown on the map below), then near the city police station, near the Stelios Kyriakides Stadium, near the Blue Cross Medical Center, and then the bus leaves for the highway.
In Limassol, the terminal is located at the New Port (see map below), then the bus follows through Omirou Avenue, stopping at the Primetel office, continues along Roosevelt Avenue with a stop at the Social Insurance office, also stops at St. Anthony's Church, the old hospital, and St. George's Church.
