A yellow slip
It is a temporary residence permit but with the right to work, as they say - a resident visa.
There are two types of yellow slips - for EU citizens and citizens of non-EU countries. Yellow slip holders can leave the island for unlimited days, work, and do business. A yellow slip equals one's rights to those of the citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, but with the only exception - one may not vote in elections.
