Rakı Festival in Cyprus

On 26 September 2026, a rakı festival will take place at Kaya Palazzo Resort & Casino in Girne. The event will run from 19:30 to 23:59. The programme features musical performances by Rubato and Buzuki Orhan Osman.

Guests will be served meze, including eggplant salad, spicy ezme, dry cacık, hummus, muhammara, fava, atom, çiğ köfte, melon and white cheese. The menu also includes Gavurdağı salad, fried halloumi, fried Cypriot pastırma, Adana kebab, chicken şiş, lamb şiş, sarma kebab and şeftali kebab. Seasonal fruit and bread kadayıf with cream will be served for dessert. Drinks include Mercan 3 Göbek rakı, şalgam and water.

The event is intended for guests over 18. Smart casual attire is recommended for entry. Food and drinks not included in the selected ticket category are charged separately. Tickets entitle the holder to individual entry, and a QR code is sent for one person. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred to another person. A ticket or barcode must be presented at the entrance; professional photo and video cameras are prohibited.
