Varosha
Description
Varosha is a district in the city of Famagusta in Cyprus. Before the Turkish invasion, it was a popular tourist destination but later became a "ghost town." It is under protection, and tourists are allowed to enter daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In the 1960s and 1970s, Famagusta was the main tourist center in Cyprus.
