How to return a ferry ticket to Turkey?

The "cancel purchase" button is located next to each ticket in the email that was sent to your email address after the purchase. When clicked, the money will be refunded to the card that was used for the purchase, according to the tariff.

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before departure, 25% of the ticket price will be deducted.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before departure, only 50% of the paid amount can be refunded. In this case, it will not be possible to change the travel date or convert the ticket to an open one.

If the cancellation is made within 6 hours or less before departure, only the tax, which is approximately a quarter of the ticket price, can be refunded. Changing the travel date or converting to an open ticket is also not possible.
