MURAD GASYM-ZADE
I am someone who knows how to turn the challenges of the times into new opportunities. My journey began with the faculty of communications, and although my first professional steps were connected with strict law, the ability to build connections with people has always remained my main superpower.
In 2016, I moved to Cyprus with my family, where I immersed myself completely in the hospitality industry. Having gone from being a receptionist to the director of iconic boutique hotels in Girne (Kyrenia Palace and Sofia), and later working as the art director of the Cafe de Liman restaurant and a real estate agent at Prime Pro Investment, I studied the island inside out and learned the most important thing — how to create an atmosphere, manage complex processes, and deeply understand people's needs.
When the pandemic brought a "dead season" for the hotel business, this lull gave me the time and inspiration to create something bigger. Seeing how difficult it was for expats to adapt to a new environment, I decided to combine my knowledge and my desire to help.
That is how the Cyprus-FAQ.com project was born. What started as a sincere desire to structure information has grown into the largest community that helps thousands of people feel at home in Cyprus every day.
