76-year-old man injured in electric scooter accident in Lefkoşa
In Lefkoşa, 76-year-old Hasan Yaiman was injured after falling from an electric scooter. According to police, the accident occurred today at around 07:10 on Şehit Mehmet Kemal Street. Yaiman was riding a seated electric scooter northbound when, near one of the shops, he veered off the road onto the pavement and fell.
The injured man was taken to Dr Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital. After receiving medical treatment, he was kept under observation.
Police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
