Part of Dr Fazıl Küçük Boulevard in Lefkoşa to be closed on Monday
Traffic in Lefkoşa will be temporarily restricted on Monday, 20 July, due to the official parade marking Peace and Freedom Day.
From 15:00 until the end of the celebrations, the section of Dr Fazıl Küçük Boulevard between the Honda junction and the Gönyeli roundabout, including the Altınbaş Petrol junction, will be closed.
Police have prepared alternative routes for drivers travelling from Famagusta, Kyrenia and Güzelyurt to central Lefkoşa, Near East University and other parts of the city.
Motorists have been urged to plan their journeys in advance, follow temporary road signs and comply with police instructions.
