TRNC Telecommunications Department to cut communications in parts of Famagusta for ten hours
The TRNC Telecommunications Department (Telekomünikasyon Dairesi) will suspend telephone, mobile internet and data transmission services in several areas of Famagusta from 08:00 to 18:00 on 19 September. The reason is repair work on the main distribution cable serving the region.
The Küçük Sanayi small industrial zone, the area around the Sema Hotel, the vicinity of the police department, the Baykal area, as well as the Yaşam Medical Centre and Hospital (Yaşam Hastanesi) will be left without communications.
The work is expected to be completed by the evening, after which services in the listed areas will be restored.
