Suspect detained in Famagusta over €1,900 theft
Police in Famagusta detained a 38-year-old man on suspicion of stealing €1,900 from an apartment.
According to police, cash amounting to €1,900 was stolen from a bag kept in a wardrobe with clothes in one of the apartments between 13 and 20 July.
During the subsequent investigation, police identified the suspect as C.C.A., 38, after which he was detained.
The investigation continues.
