In Northern Cyprus, the Dairy Industry Institute (SÜTEK), under the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, announced that payments for raw milk for the period of February 1–15 were transferred today, April 1, 2026. According to the institution, the funds have been credited to the producers' bank accounts.

The report indicates that 649 milk producers received payments for the specified period. The total amount of transfers was 234,322,318 Turkish Liras (TL). The payments cover milk from both small and large livestock.

For residents and agricultural producers, this means SÜTEK is regularly fulfilling its obligations for delivered milk: transfers were made via bank wires, so recipients should check their accounts for deposits. If a producer has questions regarding amounts or credits, it is recommended to contact the Dairy Industry Institute or the relevant department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources.

The SÜTEK announcement confirms ongoing financial support for the dairy sector and regulated settlements with suppliers in Northern Cyprus.
