TRNC meteorologists forecast brief showers in some areas through September 25

The TRNC Meteorology Department has published a weather forecast for the period from September 19 to 25. Throughout this period, Northern Cyprus will remain under the influence of a cool and humid air mass, with brief light showers expected in some areas.

Partly cloudy conditions are expected today, with brief light showers in some inland and eastern areas until noon, followed by decreasing cloud cover. Tomorrow will be mostly clear, with partly cloudy conditions at midday; brief light showers are possible in inland areas. Partly cloudy and mostly clear conditions will persist during the remaining days of the period.

Daytime temperatures will reach 33–36 °C in inland areas, 29–32 °C along the coast and 28–31 °C in the mountains. Night-time temperatures will be 18–21 °C in inland and mountainous areas and 22–25 °C along the coast. Winds from southerly and westerly directions will blow at moderate strength, occasionally becoming stronger.
