Ministry of Health urges people to donate blood as supplies decline
The Ministry of Health has urged residents to donate blood due to declining blood supplies during the summer period. The ministry noted that a reduction in the number of donors during the summer could lead to disruptions in the treatment of patients who regularly require blood.

The Ministry of Health urged residents to take part in blood donation and said that the Blood Centre at Dr Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Lefkoşa accepts donors daily from 08:00 to 19:00.
All residents aged 18 to 60 who are eligible to donate can give blood and support patients in need.
