Rubbish on the Beach in Lapta: The Problem Requires a Systemic Solution
Our correspondent drew attention to the condition of the beach near the Tekin Adalı sports hall in Lapta. The problem is not only that holidaymakers leave rubbish behind, but also the lack of an effective system for its subsequent disposal. It is noted that even after clean-up, waste is often sent to landfills, where it can be scattered across the area and enter the surrounding environment.
A comprehensive approach is needed to improve the situation, including the development of a waste sorting and recycling system.
