The TRNC government published the recommendation of the Minimum Wage Commission in the «Official Gazette» and opened a 10-day period for filing objections.
The new minimum wage, which is effective from 1 July 2026, is:
• hourly rate — 409,49 TL;
• daily rate — 3 275,92 TL;
• gross monthly wage — 70 893 TL;
• net monthly wage — 61 677 TL.
After the period for reviewing possible objections ends, the decision will become final.
