Lefkoşa’s New State Hospital to Begin Operations at the End of 2027
TRNC Minister of Health Hakan Dinçyürek inspected the construction works at Lefkoşa’s new state hospital and provided an update on the progress of the project. According to him, construction is progressing rapidly. Work on the interior spaces and individual departments is continuing, while the brickwork is nearing completion.
Dinçyürek said that the main construction phase of the building would be completed by the end of 2026. The facility is scheduled to be fully completed and opened to patients at the end of 2027. The minister stressed that the project is being implemented with Turkey’s continued support and thanked Turkey for its assistance.
Dinçyürek also stated that the authorities are continuing to work to provide the population with modern, high-quality medical services throughout Northern Cyprus.
