Vegetable and Fruit Testing in Northern Cyprus: All Samples Clean
From 14 to 20 August, the Department of Agriculture of Northern Cyprus tested samples of locally produced and imported vegetables and fruit for pesticide residues. A total of 56 samples were tested: 47 imported and 9 local.
According to the results of the laboratory tests, all samples were classified as clean. No excess levels of pesticides above the permissible limits were detected.
