About a tonne of steel stolen from a construction site in Mutluyaka
About one tonne of construction rebar was stolen from a construction site in Mutluyaka. Police detained a 43-year-old man on suspicion of the theft.
According to police, the theft occurred between 19 and 23 July 2026. Metal rods of various sizes, weighing approximately one tonne in total, were stolen from a construction site belonging to a citizen.
As part of the investigation, a suspect was identified and detained — A.T. (43).
The investigation is ongoing.
