A shipment of undeclared automotive goods seized in Famagusta
In Famagusta, police discovered a large shipment of undeclared automotive goods in the basement of a residential building. The owner of the products was fined 600,000 Turkish lira.
During a search conducted by officers from the Crime Prevention Department, car amplifiers, speakers, Android multimedia systems, LED car lights and other car audio equipment were seized.
The inspection showed that the goods had not been declared to customs. Proceedings were initiated against the 19-year-old owner of the products, and an administrative fine was also imposed.
The investigation is continuing.
