One lane closed in Kyrenia due to a traffic accident
Kyrenia Mayor Murat Şenkul has warned residents of heavy congestion on Semih Sancar Street after a traffic accident.
As a result of the accident, an electricity pole fell onto the roadway. Due to emergency restoration work, the lane in the west-to-east direction is temporarily closed.
According to the mayor, the work will take about 3–4 hours. Heavy traffic jams are expected in the city during this period.
Drivers are asked, if possible, to avoid this area and choose alternative routes.
