Man detained in Lefkoşa after spending 2,435 days in Cyprus without permission
A.C.Z. was detained in Lefkoşa on suspicion of illegally staying in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
Police officer Mehmet Çatal told the court that at around 11:55 on July 30, during a document check, it was established that the man, whose behavior had aroused suspicion, had been staying in the TRNC without a residence permit since November 29, 2019.
