Turkish warships open to visitors in Northern Cyprus
As part of events marking the 52nd anniversary of Peace and Freedom Day, residents of Northern Cyprus had the opportunity to visit Turkish Navy vessels on 20 July.
The submarine TCG I. İnönü (S-360), the missile boat TCG Zıpkın (P-336) and the frigate TCG Gökova (F-496) arrived in the waters of Northern Cyprus.
According to the Security Forces Command, the submarine and missile boat are open to visitors at Kyrenia Tourism Port from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
The frigate TCG Gökova is anchored off Kyrenia. It can be visited as part of a boat tour departing from Kyrenia Old Harbour.
The events are being held as part of the programme of celebrations on 20 July.
