Heat Gradually Recedes: Weather in Northern Cyprus on June 10

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Monday, June 10, the region will continue to experience low pressure and hot, humid air. Forecasters predict clear, hot weather with no precipitation.

The air temperature will rise "only" 3-5°C above the seasonal average. The maximum temperature will reach up to 39°C. The highest readings are expected in Güzelyurt, Nicosia, and Ercan.

The wind will be southwesterly and moderate. No storms are expected today.

Two meteorological warnings are in effect for Northern Cyprus. The risk of wildfires remains high, and the ultraviolet radiation level is also elevated.

It is advised not to stay in the sun for more than 15 minutes, especially between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, without taking necessary precautions.
