Presentation of the poetry collection “Mobile Tarantula”

On 3 October 2026 at 18:00, the presentation of the third poetry collection by Cypriot poet Pavlos Andreou, “Mobile Tarantula”, will take place at the Larnaca Municipal Theatre “G. Lycurgus”. The collection is dedicated to people’s relationship with technology, the digital age, loneliness, love and modern forms of communication.

The event will be hosted by philologist Varvara Mikhail. The book will be presented by lawyer Angeliki Apostolopoulou and poet Charis Melitas. The musical part will feature Vasilis Sokratus on piano, Andreas Gerolemu with a musical arrangement of the song, Ioanna Gerolemu, Savvas Avraam on percussion, and the “Anorfosis” mandolinata under the direction of Chryso Koukou-Panagiotou.

The adult group ΘέαμArt will also take part in the programme. Under the direction of Nasia Kelepesia, its members will present theatrical scenes based on the collection. The event is open to the public. Admission is free.
