Water supply disruptions expected in Larnaca and Nicosia on June 10

The Cyprus Water Development Department has warned residents of Larnaca and Nicosia about possible temporary interruptions in water supply on Wednesday, June 10. The water supply issues are linked to urgent technical works on the main water pipeline that transports water from desalination plants.
The restrictions will affect several areas in both districts. Municipal services promise to make every effort to complete the repairs as soon as possible, but it may take some time before stable pressure in the network is fully restored. Consumers are urged, if possible, to make the necessary water reserves and use available supplies only for essential needs, avoiding garden watering and car washing.
