14-year-old teenager suffers head injury in e-scooter accident
A serious road accident occurred at around 00:30 in Trachoni. According to preliminary information, a 14-year-old teenager riding an e-scooter crashed into the rear of a parked car for reasons that have not yet been established. The teenager was initially taken to Limassol General Hospital and was then transferred to Nicosia General Hospital, where he underwent a medical examination.
Doctors diagnosed him with an epidural haematoma. The teenager was kept in hospital for further treatment and observation. He was later transferred to Makarios Children’s Hospital, where he is being treated in the paediatric intensive care unit.
