Paphos–Limassol highway fully reopened to traffic after fatal crash
The section of the Paphos — Limassol highway near the Kantou exit, which had been temporarily closed due to a tragic accident, is once again open to traffic. Road services have completed work at the scene, and traffic flow has now fully returned to normal.
As a reminder, the emergency closure of the highway followed a road traffic accident that occurred today shortly after 3 a.m., in which a 29-year-old motorcyclist was killed. With traffic now fully restored, police and road authorities strongly urge drivers not to lose vigilance, to strictly observe speed limits and to keep a safe distance from the vehicles ahead.
