Moped robbers snatch woman’s bag in Larnaca
A 38-year-old woman suffered minor injuries after being attacked by two moped robbers in Larnaca. The incident occurred at around 6:00 a.m. while the woman was walking along the street.
According to the Cyprus Police, the moped passenger snatched her bag, causing the woman to fall onto the asphalt. The attackers immediately fled the scene.
The victim was taken to Larnaca General Hospital. Doctors diagnosed minor abrasions and friction burns, and she was discharged after receiving treatment.
The stolen bag contained €30 in cash, personal documents and other belongings.
Larnaca Police have launched an investigation and are searching for the two suspects.
