The main Larnaca–Dekelia road to open by the end of next week
The entire main section of the Larnaca — Dekelia coastal road, which is part of the third phase of reconstruction, is expected to open to traffic by the end of next week.
The section in question is in the Oroklini area, stretching from the Larnaca Yacht Club to the borders with Pyla. The Public Works Department assured that the main works at this stage are nearing completion.
The auxiliary roads included in the third phase of the project are expected to be completed by the end of October.
At the same time, according to available information, the fourth phase of the Dekelia road reconstruction is unlikely to be implemented.
The project aims to improve road infrastructure in one of Larnaca’s busiest coastal areas.
