15-year-old girl falls from third-floor window in Limassol

A 15-year-old girl fell from the third-floor window of a residential building in the Neapolis area of Limassol. The incident was reported at around 04:17 on Saturday, police said.

The girl fell onto a wooden pergola installed at ground level. A Limassol Fire Service crew was dispatched to the scene. According to Fire Service spokesperson Andreas Kettis, rescuers placed the injured girl on an immobilisation stretcher, coordinating with the Ambulance Service, and handed her over to paramedics for transport to hospital.

The teenager was taken to the emergency department of Limassol General Hospital. Her condition is considered stable and there is no threat to her life, but she was admitted for observation.

According to police, other minors were in the apartment at the time of the incident, and alcohol had allegedly been consumed there before the fall. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
