Limassol court hands down two life sentences for double murder in Arakapas
The Limassol Criminal Court has handed down a harsh sentence in the high-profile double-murder case committed in the village of Arakas (Arakapas). The defendant, found guilty of the premeditated killing of two people, was sentenced to two life terms in prison.
During the trial, it was established that the crime was planned. Taking into account the gravity of the offense and the irrefutable evidence presented by investigators, the judicial panel ruled that the life sentences would be served consecutively, one after the other. Prosecutors emphasized that the verdict reflects the full seriousness of the crime and restores justice for the families of the victims.
