Tragic accident in Nicosia: 39-year-old motorcyclist dies on the road
A fatal accident occurred in Nicosia on the evening of July 26, resulting in the death of 39-year-old Rodosphenis Christodoulou.
According to police, the accident occurred at around 22:20 on Agiou Georgiou Street, when the man riding a motorcycle lost control of the vehicle for reasons that are not yet known.
The motorcycle first struck a kerb and then a road sign, after which it continued along the road and came to a stop some distance away.
The victim was taken to Nicosia Hospital, where the doctor on duty pronounced him dead.
The traffic police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
