TEPAK University to build a major student campus in Limassol for €104 million
The Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK) is launching an ambitious project to expand its infrastructure in Limassol. The total investment in the construction of the new campus is estimated at 104 million euros. The modernization is being carried out as part of a major state regional development program aimed at strengthening the city's educational, cultural and innovation potential.
The project includes the construction of modern academic buildings, research laboratories, new student dormitories, as well as the creation of integrated public spaces. This initiative is intended to address the long-standing problem of a shortage of student housing and its high cost in Limassol, as well as to provide students and faculty with a state-of-the-art academic base.
