"Danger — Do Not Enter" signs appear on buildings in Germasogeia
Following a recent tragic incident in the Germasogeia area, the structural safety of buildings has caused serious concern among residents.
Warnings stating "Danger — Do Not Enter" have begun appearing at the entrances of several apartment blocks, indicating that the buildings are in a state of disrepair.
Local authorities note that such measures are necessary; however, the question arises as to what should be done for the people who are effectively prohibited from returning to their homes.
Residents, including the elderly, are seeking help, unsure of where they will live next.
Authorities are discussing the need for urgent solutions, including relocation mechanisms and support for those found to be at risk.
