Fire in Protaras damages two apartments
A fire in a residential building in Protaras damaged two apartments. Three fire engines arrived at the scene.
According to the Fire Service, the blaze spread to two apartments — one on the ground floor and one on the floor above. During the firefighting operation, firefighters also evacuated a person with limited mobility from a neighboring apartment, as the premises had filled with smoke.
No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is being investigated. Authorities are continuing their inquiry.
